STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVE
The objective of our firm is to closely monitor the ever-changing real estate market and current economic conditions, providing our clients with the most recent data available from a wide range of authoritative resources. Utilizing the most current data and techniques enables us to provide our clients with the quality appraisal reports in conformance with the professional standards and ethics of the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers, and the American Society of Appraisers, and meet requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.

HOWARD S. DONO, MRA, IFAS, ASA is President/CEO of Howard S. Dono & Associates, Inc., the region’s largest full service real estate appraisal and consultation company located at 217 West Boylston Street, West Boylston, MA. Founded in 1984, the firm has a staff of thirteen certified and licensed appraisers that provide valuation services a wide variety of clients in central and eastern Massachusetts for commercial, industrial, and residential real estate.
Howard Dono has earned the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers MRA designation, the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers IFAS designation, the American Society of Appraisers ASA real property designation, and holds a Massachusetts Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license that qualifies him to appraise all types of real estate. With a Business Management education from Bentley College, Mr. Dono began his valuation career as the Assistant Clerk and System Administrator of the Appellate Tax Board. Qualified as an expert witness for litigation support for matters involving real estate valuation, Mr. Dono has testified in Superior Court, Probate Court, Land Court, The Appellate Tax Board and Bankruptcy Court and is a faculty member for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE). Mr. Dono has extensive experience with eminent domain appraisals throughout the Commonwealth. Howard has been elected to the MBREA as a trustee, officer, and as its President.

JOSEPH R. EVANGELISTA, RA, Senior Partner, has earned the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers RA designation, and holds a Massachusetts Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser license that qualifies him to appraise all types of residential real estate. Mr. Evangelista has been involved in the brokerage and appraisal of real estate since 1988.
JOSEPH R. CURLEY, JR., MBA, MRA, ASA, Vice President, commercial division, has earned the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers MRA designation, the American Society of Appraisers ASA real property designation and holds a Massachusetts Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license that qualifies him to appraise all types of real estate. Mr. Curley, with an undergraduate education from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA from Anna Maria College has been involved in the appraisal or real estate since 1986. He is a State Certified Member of the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers.
